Scaling was a problem for this brand. They couldn’t figure out how to pass €100,000 in monthly revenue. We started working with them around February of 2022 and quickly surpassed their previous ceiling.
The main issue our team found in their ad account was a lack of structure in the ad account. The ad account wasn’t setup correctly to scale beyond their current levels and so was the creative testing strategy. The brand only checked their ads once a week which a massive red flag nowadays in order to scale a brand with paid ads.
Our team quickly identified these problems and tackled them as soon as possible and within 1 month of working together we already increased their revenue to €134K.
This immediate increase in revenue was due to our big audience research, copy mining and creating and also providing the team with new creative ideas to improve the messaging that resonates more with the audience.

Next to that, we’ve managed to hit a 2.30 New Customer ROAS as well, which means that we were profitable on first touchpoint to acquire new customers for this UK clothing brand.
The key elements that helped us achieve these results were iterative testing with creatives, audience research and starting to work more on content creation with the client. Up until the end of 2021 they almost never produced any video ads. In 2022 this changed and we’re pushing more and more video ads which have been a massive contributor to the growth we are seeing for this brand.
TikTok August 2022: 15K spent, 3.22 ROAS and a €6.02 CPA
Getting TikTok to work is a struggle. It’s not so much of a stable platform as Facebook & Instagram is at this stage. For this client TikTok wasn’t an active channel in their paid media mix.
We’ve started to test slowly, and couldn’t figure out how to consistently get sales at a profitable CPA. In August things finally clicked and we’ve managed to get a €6.02 CPA on a €15,574.71 advertising budget with a 3.22 ROAS.
TikTok is a relatively new platform, we’ve been running ads on TikTok since 2021 and have since then developed a foolproof method of scale we’ve applied to multiple of our clients and has worked wonders for all of them.
Not only are we seeing lower CPAs for the brands we work with, we’re also seeing a much better performance across other channels when TikTok is deployed and firing on all cylinders.

With Google’s new Performance Max campaigns we’ve managed to crush it for this client. Before working with us, they were only spending around €1,400 per month on Google. With our help we’ve scaled them up to €10,000+ in monthly spend and crushed their CPA goals at €4.68 on average in August 2022.
Not only were these conversions due to branded keywords, we’ve also managed to expand our keywords to generic ones to scale their Google reach into more cold audiences.
Due to extensive keyword/audience research and setting the right bid strategies we’ve managed to set our targets and achieve the needed business goals. With this in place we managed to make Google our best performing acquisition channel with these low CPAs.

This skincare client hasn’t advertised on Facebook ever before. They’re a 30-year old brand that was mostly built up by worth-of-mouth over the years.
They wanted to grow and explore Facebook as a new channel to their marketing mix and scale beyond their organic levels.
With extensive research into the audience demographics, pain-points and behaviours we managed to write high engaging ad copies, made sure their ads spoke to the audience in a direct-response way.
After some testing we managed to find the most resonating angles for this older demographic (35+). So did the scaling start after seeing initial good results with our ads.
In July we’ve seen a surge by spending roughly $3.4K and getting $32,675.25 back with a 9.60 ROAS. There was a day where the owner asked us politely to turn off the ads as the orders were just too much!
