Trybe management for e-commerce brands

Your Trybe
management
agency.

Give your creator program a clear direction. We connect customer research, briefs, feedback and ad testing so every round of content teaches you what to make next.

Learnings

What should change next?

Example brief Built with intention

Start with a reason.
Then press record.

The customer
A first-time buyer who has tried the alternatives.
The objection
“Why would this work when the others didn’t?”
The angle
Show the specific difference in use.
What we’re testing

A clear demonstration may answer the objection better than a generic testimonial.

Every learning comes back to the brief.
Trusted by 300+ 7–9 figure brandsResearch first. A reason behind every ad.

The platform. The team behind it.

A creator program needs
someone to own the work.

Which customer are we speaking to? What should this ad answer? What needs a revision? We bring those decisions into one creative process.

The platform

Trybe

Trybe provides creator-program tools for consumer brands, including submission reviews, revisions, creator communication, Meta Partnership Ads and payouts. It supports several compensation models, including performance-linked and flat-rate payments.

Trybe creator program management

From the first brief
to the next useful learning.

We agree the scope, owners and approval process with you before starting. Here is the work we can connect.

01

Program direction

Start with your offer, customer and creative gaps. Choose the products and problems worth testing.

02

Creator fit

Define the voices, experiences and delivery styles that match the customer you want to reach.

03

Briefs with a reason

Give every concept an avatar, desire, angle and awareness level. Explain why, what and how.

04

Feedback and approvals

Give specific notes on the hook, delivery, demonstration, evidence and connection to the offer.

05

A test plan

Organize concepts around useful questions. Align creative, landing pages and media-buying decisions.

06

The next round

Review results in context. Develop promising ideas and send clearer direction back to creators.

The DDU Feedback Loop

Every result should improve
the next brief.

Learnings return to the next hypothesis and brief.

Accountability beyond output

What did the creative
actually change?

Submission count measures production. We also track which ideas earn spend, meet the agreed KPI and help the account grow.

The goal

Breakthrough ads

Creative that sustains performance and helps the account reach a higher spending level, beyond moving budget between existing ads.

A direction to develop

Spend winners

Ads that earn a meaningful share of account spend. They can grow overall spend, but do not consistently do so.

A signal to investigate

KPI winners

Strong metrics at low spend can guide the next test. On their own, they do not show that an ad moves the business.

We agree the KPI, review window and spend context with your team. The definitions stay visible, so you can hold us accountable.

A good fit

Ready to run
a real program?

We can work alongside your media buyer or connect a broader creative and paid-media scope when agreed.

  • 01A clear product and offer to build around.
  • 02Customer insights we can turn into creative.
  • 03A way to get products into creators’ hands.
  • 04A team ready to act on testing results.

A few useful answers

Before
we begin.

What does a Trybe management agency do?

For DDU MEDIA, it means managing the creative work around your program: research, priorities, briefs, reviews and the next round of tests. We agree the responsibilities with you before starting.

Is DDU MEDIA part of Trybe?

DDU MEDIA is an independent agency. This service helps brands operate on Trybe. We also share a referral link for brands that want to explore the platform.

Can you work with our existing media buyer?

Yes. We can align creative direction, testing questions and feedback with your internal team or media-buying partner. We define who owns approvals, launches and reporting at the start.

Can you help with an existing creator program?

Yes. We can review your briefs, creator fit, submission quality and feedback process, then agree where management support will add the most value.

What is included in the management fee?

We define the work and fees in the proposal. Platform charges, creator compensation, product seeding and ad spend should be considered separately. For current platform pricing, check Trybe directly.

How do you judge creative performance?

We look at the agreed business KPI alongside spend, time and account context. A low-spend result can suggest what to test next, but does not establish that the ad can scale.

How do we get started?

Book a call to discuss your program, creative bottlenecks and goals. You can also explore Trybe directly through our referral link above.
